Use Reflexology to Cure Knees Problems from Sitting up Sleeping

Posted by Mr. Cheng with (167) Comments

Many homeless people, due to sitting up sleep, have knee problem and suffer a lot thereafter in addition to being homelessness. I have found Reflexology the best way to cure the problem right away without medical cost. It helps me a lot because I had the same problem due to I had to drive to train station to take NJ Transit to Newark NJ and transferred PATH to 33rd St Midtown Manhattan, then transfer N/R NYC Subway to Wall St before walking to office; it took me averagely 2 and a half hour to commute one way, and I had to get up at 4:30am each day to catch 5:14 am train so that I can arrive Manhattan early enough to take homeless people I helped to bank's cafeteria for breakfast talking over their problems before started working. In the evening, I had the reverse route after long day busy work, so I almost sit up sleeping at subway and train every day for 5 hours as homeless people. This also because I almost sit up late each night, after taking care of 4 kids, to visit various homeless blogs, reading homeless news and answer emails from homeless came to me for help nationwide. Here is the solution that I just emailed to Kevin Barbieux in response to his knee problem today on his blog website that I believe can also help hundreds of thousands homeless people who have such problem or other health problem.

Dear Kevin,

I just came across your knee problem ( http://thehomelessguy.net/ ), and I believe if you do what I am going to show you, your knee problem will be cured right away.

Every organ of human body has a corresponding spot on the feet, and the knees' corresponding spots are "at the edge right next to the heels". When the organ has problem, the corresponding spots will feel pain when pressed. On the other hand, if you massage the corresponding spot, the problem of the organ will go away, providing you drink enough water.

I did not invent all this, it has been thousand years and it is called "reflextology" ( http://www.aboutreflexology.com/ ) Joe at Jersey City ( http://joeatjerseycity.blogspot.com/ ) also had knee problem, and I showed him how to cure it.

I believe it is to anyone's advantage to learn Reflextology, especially people don't have much resource to go to hospital, and if you start learning Reflextology, it would help you. If you share this to hundreds of thousands people that read your website, you will help all of them, especially, homeless people on the street.

How do you think?

-----------------
...About a month ago I noticed that both my knees ached - mainly when walking up or down stairs, or rising from a chair. And, the pain in my right knee seems to be getting worse. I've discovered by way of this irritation, that I always lead with my right leg. I'm now trying to remember to use the left one instead, for those steps up onto the bus, or walking down a flight of stairs. It could be arthritis. My Grandmother had problems with her knees. I was born with minor scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and I do have arthritis in my spine. The scoliosis was discovered by a routine x-ray during the physical
when I joined the Navy. I have a suspicion my parents knew about it but
never told me...
